I bought this pillow for my wife while she was pregnant and it did a great job of adding extra support in her lower back area. The best feature other then the price is the portability and storing ability of this product. There is no need to have to attach it to a chair so when company comes over it can easily be moved from chair to chair or just tossed in the closet. Overall very satisfied with this product.

While this pillow arrived promptly and seemed helpful at first, its usefulness was limited. First, no cover is available, which I find to be a problem. I like to be able to launder the cover frequently but prefer not to handle the original cover that way. Secondly, this item does not provide the support required. I use it from time to time, but any firm pillow can do the same job at less cost and with the availability of washable covers/shams.
